Timothy Heggem is a senior attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher PC. He is an experienced crisis manager, trial lawyer, and litigator with substantial expertise in high-stakes trial work, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, insurance coverage disputes, appellate matters, and products liability defense, including mass tort and multi-defendant coordination proceedings. Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Tim was an attorney at Payne & Fears LLP and Irell & Manella LLP, where his practice encompassed white collar criminal defense; crisis management; patent litigation; securities litigation; insurance coverage litigation; and appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California courts of appeal. Tim also had his own practice for several years, where he served as outside general counsel to businesses and high net worth individuals in the financial, healthcare, and technology sectors.
