Michelle focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has extensive experience handling investigations, trials and appeals in both California and New York state and federal courts. She has represented large foreign and domestic companies including foreign government agencies, domestic and foreign investors, small and large companies in a variety of industries and non-profit corporations.

She has substantial experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border litigation from intake through final disposition at trial, as well as post-judgment proceedings and appeals.
