
Jonathan Goldstein is an associate attorney in the Century City office of Theodora Oringher. Jonathan focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and appellate work in federal and state courts, including real estate, securities, breach of fiduciary duty, copyright and trademark infringement, and toxic tort cases, as well as matters related to the RICO statute. Jonathan’s experience includes arguing and briefing an appeal before the Ninth Circuit, obtaining remand of a complex energy matter from the Eastern District of California, and securing a multimillion-dollar judgment in Los Angeles Superior Court. Jonathan also maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly in representing asylum seekers in immigration court.
