Jin Oh is an associate attorney in the Costa Mesa office of Theodora Oringher PC. Jin is an experienced litigator who represents public and private clients in employment, construction, and real estate disputes.

Jin represents employers facing FEHA, ADA, and wage and hour claims. This includes successfully defending clients against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, public accommodation violations, and wage and hour violations on individual, PAGA, and class bases.

Jin additionally has substantial experience in representing public owners in complex construction disputes and matters involving schedule and delay, disruption and productivity impacts, and design errors and omissions.

Jin attended University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she graduated as one of twenty honor students selected for the Gold Honors Program. At Gould, Jin participated in the Honors Hale Moot Court program and served as a student supervisor at the Post-Conviction Justice Project Clinic. In her final year at Gould, Jin also externed in the Chambers of the Honorable S. James Otero, formerly of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
