Grace Park is an associate attorney in the Costa Mesa office of Theodora Oringher PC. Her practice is focused in the areas of tort law, consumer protection law, class action defense, and complex commercial litigation.

After graduation from law school and taking the Bar, Grace briefly worked at a small firm in Pasadena on litigation matters while waiting for her Federal Clerkship. In January 2020, Grace began her 2-year clerkship with the Honorable Pedro V. Castillo in U.S. District Court, Central District of California in Los Angeles. She honed her research and writing skills, drafting opinions in areas of federal law such as habeas relief, civil rights, and social security.

In 2023 Grace represented public and private companies, local governments, and high net-worth individuals in federal and state court for commercial & securities litigation, DOJ investigations, and environmental regulation matters. She continued to strengthen her litigation experience, researching, drafting and preparing discovery requests/responses, pleadings, demurrers, pre-trial/trial materials, and motions.

Grace has a love of languages and is fluent in Korean, proficient in Chinese and learning Indonesian.
