Emily Leifer is an associate attorney in the Costa Mesa office of Theodora Oringher PC.  Emily is a trial attorney with experience representing individuals and companies in contract, employment, and construction disputes.  Her practice is focused in the areas of civil litigation, including issues regarding labor, employment, construction, and business law.

Emily received her JD from University of California, Irvine School of Law, and her BA from University of California, Santa Barbara.  In law school, Emily represented clients in litigation as a student-attorney for UCI’s Community and Economic Development Clinic and participated in Moot Court. Prior to Joining Theodora Oringher, Emily was an associate at Schilling Law Group in Newport Beach.
