
Edward Han is a senior attorney in the Los Angeles office of Theodora Oringher. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Offices for the Central District of California and the District of New Mexico, where he prosecuted matters ranging from violent and firearm-related crimes to white collar frauds. He has successfully tried numerous cases before juries and judges and argued before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits. He has also taught legal writing and Supreme Court advocacy at the UCLA School of Law.
Additionally, Ed is a judge advocate in the Air Force Reserve, holding the rank of captain and serving Space Systems Command at Los Angeles Air Force Base. He is active in the community and serves as the president-elect of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California.
Ed earned his B.A., cum laude, at the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. at the New York University School of Law. After law school, he worked as a commercial litigation associate at Jones Day in Los Angeles and clerked for the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin in the Central District of California.
