
David is an accomplished trial lawyer who has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the United States. He has had success in both complex negotiations and high-stakes litigation in the areas of unfair competition, intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, defamation, fraud, contracts, and white-collar litigation. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, businesses and executives, artists, musicians, and celebrities.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, David graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School. At Harvard he served as an article editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and was a quarter-finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. While pursuing his law degree, David externed at the California Attorney General’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.
