Caitlin W. Rice is an associate attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher. Caitlin represents clients in litigation matters, with experience handling civil disputes and developing practical strategies through each stage of a case. Before joining Theodora Oringher, Caitlin focused her practice on consumer litigation and warranty-related claims. She brings a detail-oriented approach to case assessment, written advocacy, and client communication. Beyond her primary practice, Caitlin is an active member of the legal community. Her professional framework centers on bringing clear communication, strategic analysis, and zealous courtroom advocacy to every case she oversees.

Caitlin received her JD from University of California, Irvine School of Law, and her BA from University of California, Los Angeles. In law school, Caitlin was a clinical student with UCI’s International Justice Clinic under the direction of the then United Nations Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression, where she researched and drafted a memorandum on content regulations regarding international social media platforms and contributed to the annex on internet content regulation to the Special Rapporteur’s annual report. She also participated as both a team member and captain in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
