Aryan Vahedy is an associate attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher. Aryan is an experienced litigator who represents private and public entities in business, insurance, and real estate disputes. Aryan understands the unique and complex challenges that businesses face, and helps his clients successfully navigate the pitfalls of litigation. With this understanding, he is also able to carefully craft litigation strategies that are resolute and cost-effective.

Before joining Theodora Oringher, Aryan’s practice involved counseling business owners, entrepreneurs, developers, and companies of all sizes on potential liabilities in a variety of contexts. Aryan also has significant experience representing municipalities and other government entities in high exposure and sensitive litigation matters.

Aryan received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law and his B.S. in Biology from University of California, Riverside.
