
Alexis Ferruccio is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Theodora Oringher PC. Her practice focuses on toxic tort and environmental law, as well as business and commercial litigation. Alexis is known for her ability to navigate complex legal challenges, bringing a meticulous and results-driven approach to each case.
Before joining Theodora Oringher, Alexis was an associate at Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch in New York City, where she represented a diverse range of medical professionals and institutions in complex medical malpractice cases. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York, managing cases from pre-indictment to sentencing, including securing jury verdicts in two trials. Her experience includes conducting depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and representing clients in high-pressure trial settings.
Alexis earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. During her time there, she participated in the Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Services Legal Clinic, representing pro bono clients in Maryland criminal appeals. She also served as Executive Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and interned with the Civil Litigation Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
