Gina Goldberg is an associate in the Century City office of Theodora Oringher PC. Gina is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator, focusing on products liability and toxic tort litigation with particular emphasis on defending suppliers in high stakes mass tort and coordinated proceedings. Gina has experience in various areas of insurance law, as she has represented both insureds in general liability matters and carriers for insurance coverage cases. Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, she handled contract surety disputes involving all phases of payment and performance bond claims, litigation, and recovery as well as commercial surety claims including license bonds.

Gina graduated from Southwestern Law School. While a law student, she participated in the Street Law Clinic, a clinic that aids in teaching at-risk youth in Los Angeles critical life skills and law-related education courses. Gina also participated in the Children’s Rights Clinic, where she provided direct legal services in special education advocacy on minor clients’ behalf and protected children against Due Process violations by school districts. Gina also clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
