Stephen Ladsous is a Senior Attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher. Stephen’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on trial work.
Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Stephen was a Deputy District Attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. There he argued 34 jury trials to verdict, 6 court trials to verdict, and hundreds of motions. His trial experience included prosecuting defendants accused of domestic violence, carjacking, robbery, felony assault, residential burglary, and narcotics sales. He left the Orange County District Attorney’s Gang Unit in 2020 to join the Firm.
Stephen brings years of courtroom experience as a prosecutor into his civil litigation practice. He has been described as an “extremely smart, strategic and aggressive trial lawyer” whose quick thinking allows him to be nimble in court. The polished and professional demeanor he honed in the criminal sector continues to command the respect of clients, judges, and jurors alike.
Stephen received his JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and his BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
