Samantha Van Der Wall is an associate attorney in the Century City office of Theodora Oringher. Samantha’s practice focuses on business, real estate, common interest development, employment, insurance, and toxic tort litigation. She is dedicated to hearing and addressing the concerns of her clients and to creating clear, practical solutions to resolve those concerns. Samantha also has substantial experience providing advice and counsel to common interest developments throughout Southern California and has litigated disputes involving claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, construction defect, and negligence.
More recently, Samantha has represented residential property owners in habitability disputes both in Northern and Southern California involving claims of breach of implied warranty of habitability, breach of contract, violations of various county and city tenant protection ordinances, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In addition, Samantha works with the firm’s toxic tort practice.

Obtained sweeping defense verdict in favor of the homeowners’ association, its management company, and property manager in all three matters.
