Nick Sanchez specializes in complex litigation with expertise in a wide range of practice areas including business litigation, business torts, constitutional claims, contract claims, employment, government and legislative practice, professional negligence, real estate, trade secrets, corporate governance disputes, and unfair competition.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Sanchez represents clients with business transactional needs in the health care, restaurant, sports, and technology industries. He is a Contract Representative Certified by the National Football League Players Association and represents professional athletes in connection with playing contracts, marketing and endorsement contracts, civil and criminal matters, as well as crisis management.
Mr. Sanchez serves as Vice-Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Sports Law Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Sports Related Disputes Subcommittee. He is a Co-Editor of the Sports Law Chapter of the ABA’s Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Sanchez is committed to philanthropic and community causes, including Millennium Housing, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing and protecting affordable housing where he serves on Millennium’s Board of Directors and is the Audit Committee Chairman. Mr. Sanchez also serves as Director for the Armando Gallegos Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides underprivileged and underserved high school and college students with funding to advance their academic careers.
