Nargess N. Hadjian

Nargess Hadjian is a litigation associate in the Century City office of Theodora Oringher, where she represents clients in complex business and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on real estate and construction-related litigation. Her practice spans breach of contract actions, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, construction defect, delay, and nonpayment claims, and real property disputes involving title and ownership, lien priority and removal, unlawful detainers, and purchase and sale agreements.
