Linda O. Hatcher

Senior Attorney

Linda Hatcher is a corporate, transactional and health care lawyer. She represents clients that range from individuals just starting their businesses to publicly traded companies.  She has represented clients across diverse industries and has extensive experience in the health care industry.

Linda’s earlier career was in business management. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Linda was a business manager with American Hospital Supply Corporation (now Baxter).  That experience enables her to truly appreciate and respect the business needs of her clients when assisting them with legal matters.

  • Wide range of transactions and contracts (e.g., joint ventures, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, sale of businesses, employment/contractor agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, settlement agreements, termination agreements, buy-outs and other separation agreements, management agreements, professional services agreements, medical director agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements, loan agreements, general business contracts)
  • Frequently acts as special health care counsel with other law firms and business attorneys that do not have health care law expertise
  • Special engagement (secondment) to provide in-house attorney services with the Health Sciences legal department in the Office of the General Counsel of a major southern California University for six months
