Kyle Bevan is a senior attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher. Kyle’s practice is focused on sports and entertainment, labor and employment, crisis management, and business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on trial work.

Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Kyle was an associate at Jackson Lewis, PC, a national labor and employment firm, where he represented employers in various workplace-related lawsuits including complex ERISA class actions, and provided preventive advice and counsel. 

Kyle began his legal career in public service, first as a Deputy District Attorney for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. He first-chaired dozens of jury trials and successfully argued hundreds of dispositive motions in courts throughout Orange County. Kyle then transitioned to advising public entities and representing law enforcement agencies in civil rights cases. Kyle successfully first-chaired several jury trials in high-exposure federal lawsuits including officer-involved shootings and First Amendment cases.
