Katherine J. Flores


Katherine J. Flores (“Katie”) is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Theodora Oringher.  Katie’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, and she has a range of litigation experience in state and federal court, including contract and business disputes, real estate, and professional responsibility.   Katie also works with the firm’s construction practice on a variety of disputes arising from complex construction cases, and has gained substantial knowledge in construction litigation as a result of her representation of our construction clients in these matters.

Before joining Theodora Oringher, Katie graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor in Business Administration. After graduating, she worked in public accounting for over two years and earned her Certified Public Accountant license. In 2016, she earned her J.D. and tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles through the law school’s 3-year joint degree program.

Katie has been published in the Los Angeles Daily Journal (“The ‘reasonable value’ of medical bills,” Vol. 128 No. 213, Nov. 3, 2015) and (“Hearsay, The experts say!” Vol. 129 No. 226, Nov. 21, 2016).
