Gina Goldberg is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Theodora Oringher PC. Gina has experience in various areas of insurance law, as she has represented both insureds in general liability matters and carriers for insurance coverage cases. She handles contract surety disputes involving all phases of payment and performance bond claims, litigation, and recovery as well as commercial surety claims including license bonds.
Gina graduated from Southwestern Law School. While a law student, she participated in the Street Law Clinic, a clinic that aids in teaching at-risk youth in Los Angeles critical life skills and law-related education courses. Gina also participated in the Children’s Rights Clinic, where she provided direct legal services in special education advocacy on minor clients’ behalf and protected children against Due Process violations by school districts. Gina also clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
