Caroline Wong is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on representing both public entity and private clients in commercial litigation, construction claims, and real estate matters. Caroline has handled complex disputes involving breach of contract, schedule and delay claims, and construction defects.  Caroline’s work has included representing major California public transportation entities in large disputes on heavy civil and infrastructure projects, and she has substantial experience in all phases of discovery, pre-trial litigation, and ADR.

Caroline graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and a minor in Communication Design. She worked in marketing and editorial in New York and Los Angeles before earning her J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending law school, Caroline served as Editor on the Executive Board of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, Senior Articles Editor for the USC Entertainment Law Spotlight law journal, and Vice President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society.
