Andrew Milcovich is an associate attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher. Andrew's practice focuses on business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Andrew was a Deputy District Attorney with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. There he conducted more than 10 solo jury trials to verdict on wide-ranging cases including assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, protective order violations, and expert witness heavy DUIs. 

Andrew received his JD from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, and his BA in Economics and Political Science from Pepperdine University, Seaver College. During law school, Andrew received recognition for his trial advocacy skills as a member of the nationally distinguished Pepperdine Law Trial Team.

Prior to law school, Andrew was an NCAA Division 1 All-American in water polo and was a member of the USA Men’s National Team. He also was a professional athlete in Europe where he played water polo in the Hungarian League first division. Andrew credits his deep background in competitive team sports as his inspiration to practice law and zealously advocate for his clients.
