David Collins is an associate attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher. David received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, David served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino. David was also an associate and executive board member of the University of San Diego Appellate Moot Court Board, where he served as Tournament Coordinator for the 34th Annual National Criminal Procedure Tournament. In addition, David was an associate board member of the Journal of Climate and Energy Law. His comment, addressing the Major Questions Doctrine and artificial intelligence regulation, was published in the Journal’s 15th volume.
