In addition to successfully representing clients before appellate courts, members of the Theodora Oringher Appellate Practice Group have helped establish significant legal precedent in dozens of published decisions, often on issues of first impression.  Theodora Oringher attorneys have  represented parties and amicus in two matters before the United States Supreme Court and twelve matters before the California Supreme Court.  This is in addition to appearing in over 100 matters before the California Courts of Appeal and a dozen matters before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.*
