Jessica Hernandez Diotalevi Joins Theodora Oringher PC

Theodora Oringher is pleased to welcome senior attorney Jessica Hernandez Diotalevi to the Firm’s Orange County Office on Monday, October 22nd.

Jessica litigates multi-million dollar cases in both state and federal court for national and international clients. She has represented clients in all types of industries, including beauty and skin care, manufacturing, technology, chemicals, railroads, and the gig economy. Jessica's practice focuses on commercial, employment, and product liability litigation.

Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Jessica was senior counsel at Gordon & Rees Scully Masukhani LLP in Irvine. She is a graduate of UCLA and the USC Gould School of Law.
