J. Scott Schoeffel Joins Theodora Oringher PC

THEODORA ORINGHER PC is pleased to welcome senior attorney J. Scott Schoeffel to the Firm’s Orange County Office.

Scott represents many different types of healthcare businesses, with an emphasis on the representation of hospitals and other healthcare providers.  Scott has substantial experience in healthcare provider operations, strategic development and regulation of integrated healthcare delivery systems of all sizes, state and federal healthcare regulation, licensing and counseling of healthcare service plans, managed care contracting and dispute resolution, antitrust, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, administrative law, and government affairs.

Prior to joining Theodora Oringher, Scott was a partner at Nossaman LLP in Irvine. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and the UC Berkeley School of Law.
