Kevin Dorse and Erich Luschei Presented at the California Construction Contract Seminar in Irvine

Kevin Dorse and Erich Luschei were presenters at the California Construction Contract seminar on February 26, 2020, in Irvine, California.  The topic of their presentation was Understanding Construction Contract Essentials. Among other things, they discussed key considerations in public versus private construction projects, project delivery systems, roles and relationships of project participants, and "top ten" issues for construction contracting.
