Kevin Dorse and Erich Luschei were presenters at the California Construction Law seminar on January 19, 2017, in Santa Monica, California.  The topic of their presentation was California Construction Law - New Developments. Among other things, they discussed Tort Duty of Care, Contractor Licensing, Taxpayer Standing, Damages, Competitive Bidding and New Legislation.
