Jean H. Chang's practice focuses on appellate advocacy and complex litigation strategy and analysis. She has experience in various types of litigation including breach of contract, commercial class actions, wage and hour class actions, employment disputes, and securities fraud. Her experience covers industries such as private and public construction, health care, technology, national credit reporting, insurance, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Theodora Oringher Miller & Richman, Jean was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Jones Day and clerked for Presiding Justice Norman L. Epstein of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division Four.

Jean received her BA in sociology magna cum laude from Pepperdine University. She received her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Pacific Basin Law Journal. She is conversant in Korean.
