Jon-Jamison Hill has over 20 years of experience litigating cases in both federal and state courts, as well as extensive arbitration and mediation experience. Jon has broad commercial litigation and appellate experience in a wide variety of areas and industries, including contract and business disputes, construction defects, intellectual property, real estate, class actions, trade secret litigation, groundwater contamination, and professional responsibility.  Jon also has significant experience handling disputes that arise from large, complex public works construction projects.

While primarily a litigator, Jon has also counseled his clients in major transactions, using his experience to provide them with the guidance necessary to help them avoid litigation if the transaction fails.
