Jack D. Feinfield


Jack Feinfield is an associate attorney in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher.

In 2020, he received his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. At UCI, Jack was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Throughout law school, Jack participated in the Community and Economic Development Clinic (“CED Clinic”) at UCI, where he represented nonprofit clients in both transactional and litigation oriented matters, frequently appearing in California State Superior Court. In recognition of his efforts and advocacy, Jack was awarded the Faculty Award for highest performance in a course. In addition to participating in the CED Clinic, Jack was elected to represent his classmates in UCI’s Student Bar Association, serving in roles as both the Director of Alumni Affairs and as a 3L class representative. Jack also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael H. Simon in U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and as a research assistant to election law expert Professor Richard Hasen.

Jack received his Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Art in both Political Science and Economics with minor in Business.
