Harvey Oringher is the Chairman of Theodora Oringher PC.  

Mr. Oringher founded the firm in 1991 with the goal of forming an organization that championed a client-centric, people-oriented approach to the law.  Using his unique management expertise, he began recruiting exceptional talent from national and regional law firms and has built Theodora Oringher PC into a premier business litigation and transactional firm with forty attorneys, and offices in Los Angeles and Orange County. 

Mr. Oringher has over thirty-five years of successful legal experience and manages the firm from a strategic long-term as well as a day-to-day operations standpoint, working closely with its senior administrative management and attorneys.  

Mr. Oringher began his career serving as a Captain in the US Army Judge Advocate General's Corps.  Following his Army service, he joined the US Department of Justice as a federal prosecutor in Los Angeles with the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section.  There, he prosecuted major white-collar crime, fraud, labor racketeering, political corruption and other RICO matters.  After several years of service, Mr. Oringher went into private practice focusing on employment law, health care law, litigation and dispute resolution, and white-collar criminal defense.

A progressive thinker, Mr. Oringher adopted law practice technology early on, and firmly believes that individuals will succeed if given the proper tools and support.  

Along with providing the most up-to-date tools, Mr. Oringher personally facilitates the professional growth of the firm’s employees, providing them with individual attention and coaching in order to assist in the development of deeper and stronger practices.

While generally focused on managing the firm, Mr. Oringher is still very much involved in legal work. He is often an initial point of contact, fielding calls from lawyers around the country, in order to determine the expertise within the firm that will best meet a client’s business and legal needs.

As the Firm's Chairman, Mr. Oringher views exceptional client service and ensuring the clients' business success the primary objectives of the Firm.
