Andrew G. Prout

Associate

Andrew Prout is a trial lawyer in the Orange County office of Theodora Oringher PC. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on trials in both federal and state court.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and a law clerk for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado.

Andrew received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was senior articles editor of the Stanford Law Review and earned Best Brief and Best Team awards in Stanford’s Kirkwood Moot Court competition. He also competed on the school’s mock trial team for all three years, serving as president of the program in his third year.
